Delivery Time
- Cairo & Giza — 1 to 2 working days
- Alexandria, Delta & Canal — 2 to 3 working days
- Upper Egypt & remote areas — 3 to 5 working days
We call you to confirm your order before we dispatch it.
Cash on Delivery — check before you pay
You can open the parcel and inspect the product in front of the courier before paying. If it is not what you expected, refuse it and you pay nothing.
Returns
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return it, provided the product is in its original condition with its packaging. If you return an order after you have received it, return shipping is deducted from your refund: EGP 65 for Cairo and Giza, EGP 95 for Alexandria, the Delta and the Canal, and EGP 120 for Upper Egypt and remote areas. This applies even if your delivery was free. Refusing the parcel at the door still costs you nothing.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number once your order is picked up, and you can follow the shipment until it reaches your door.
