These terms cover the City Mart wallet credit you receive as a gift: the welcome credit and the invite-a-friend reward.
- The welcome credit (100 EGP) and the invite-a-friend reward (100 EGP) are store credit for shopping on citymarteg.com only. They cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to anyone else.
- Wallet credit comes off an order when the products in the cart are worth more than 750 EGP. You pay the rest on delivery or by card.
- The welcome credit is valid for 60 days from the day it is added to your wallet.
- Each new customer gets one gift on the first order: either the welcome credit or a friend's invite code, not both.
- The invite-a-friend reward is added when your friend's order is delivered. If that order is returned, the reward is removed.
- Up to 10 friends per customer. The invite offer runs from 22 October to 21 November 2026.
- Money you top up yourself can be withdrawn under the normal wallet rules.
