Can I smell the fragrance before I buy it?
Yes. Our fragrances are available to try at our Go Bus branch — come smell what you like at your own pace. Open daily 10am–11pm.
How do I know the product matches the photos?
The photos on our site are of our actual products. If what you receive doesn't match the photo, refuse it with the courier and you won't pay anything. That's your right on every order.
Can I open the box in front of the courier?
Yes. Open it, check it, then pay. If you're not happy with it, you can refuse it.
What if I don't like it after I receive it?
You have 14 days. Message us on WhatsApp at +20 115 666 1205 and we'll sort it out.
When do I pay?
When it arrives. You receive, open, check, then pay the courier.
How long does delivery take?
Cairo and Giza: within 48 hours. Other governorates: 3 to 5 days.
