City Mart is an Egyptian retail company.
Order acceptance and prices
Receiving your order does not mean we have finally accepted it. We review every order and contact you to confirm it before shipping. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example when a product is unavailable, when there is an error in the price or the product description, or when we suspect an order is not genuine.
All prices are in Egyptian pounds and include applicable tax. Prices and availability may change at any time without notice; the price that applies is the one shown when your order is confirmed.
Payment
We offer cash on delivery in every governorate in Egypt, as well as online payment through a licensed payment service provider. City Mart does not store your payment details.
Shipping and delivery
We ship to every governorate in Egypt. Shipping fees and delivery times are set out on our Delivery Information page, which forms part of these terms.
Delivery times are estimates, not binding dates, and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. We deliver to the address you entered; you are responsible for making sure it is correct and that you can be reached on the phone number you registered.
Refusing a parcel at delivery
For cash on delivery orders, if you refuse the parcel when the courier arrives, you pay nothing. If a customer refuses two orders, we may ask for shipping to be paid in advance on later orders; that prepaid shipping is not refunded if the order is refused again.
Returns and exchanges
The return policy published on our Returns & Refunds page applies and forms part of these terms. In short: you can return most items within 14 days of receiving them, and faulty or non-conforming items within 30 days at no cost to you. Some items can only be returned sealed, for hygiene reasons. Refunds
We refund within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Online payments are refunded to the same payment method; cash on delivery orders are refunded by InstaPay or mobile wallet to the account the customer chooses.
Discount codes and vouchers
Discount codes can be used once per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined on one order, and have an expiry date. Discount codes may not be sold or traded, and we may cancel any code or order if a code is misused.
Customer account
One account is allowed per customer. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity on your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or that we suspect is being misused.
Content you submit
Any comment, review or content you send to the site is not confidential, and City Mart may use, publish or remove it. Please do not send content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes anyone else's rights.
Trademarks and intellectual property
All site content, including text, images, logos and designs, is owned by or licensed to City Mart and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Other names and marks shown on the site belong to their owners.
Data protection
We collect your personal data only to fulfil your order and to contact you about it, and we handle it according to our privacy policy. We share delivery details with the courier only as far as needed to deliver your order.
Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes to these terms
City Mart may change these terms at any time; changes take effect from the date they are published on this page. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated version.
