Delivery Time

- Alexandria, Delta & Canal — 2 to 3 working days

We call you to confirm your order before we dispatch it.
Cash on Delivery — check before you pay
You can open the parcel and inspect the product in front of the courier before paying. If it is not what you expected, refuse it and you pay nothing.
Returns
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return it, provided the product is in its original condition with its packaging.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number once your order is picked up, and you can follow the shipment until it reaches your door.
